At the Copie-Sjop, we value the quality of our products and do our utmost to deliver them to you in perfect condition. Nevertheless, it is possible that an order may be damaged in transit or something else may go wrong, entitling you to a warranty. According to European legislation, we are liable for any defect that comes to light within two years of delivery of the goods. You may also have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you should contact us within a reasonable period of time. In any case, a period of two months is considered reasonable. Depending on the circumstances, a longer period may also be acceptable. If you contact us in a timely manner, we will arrange for a free repair or replacement of the product.
